عتیق احمد اور بھائی اشرف کا سرعام گولی مار کر قتل

پریاگ راج: مافیا عتیق اور اس کے بھائی اشرف کو سنیچر کی رات پریاگ راج میں قتل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ پولیس اسے میڈیکل ٹیسٹ کے لیے ہسپتال لے جا رہی تھی۔ ساتھ چلتے ہوئے صحافی عتیق سے سوال کر رہے تھے۔ اس دوران تین نوجوان میڈیا کے اہلکار کی شکل اختیار کر پولیس کا حفاظتی حصار توڑتے ہوئے آئے اور عتیق کے سر میں گولی مار دی۔ اس کے بعد اشرف پر فائرنگ کی گئی۔ دونوں وہیں ڈھیر ہو گئے۔
اس حملے کی ویڈیوز سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہو رہی ہیں۔ تینوں حملہ آوروں نے ہتھیار ڈال دیے ہیں۔ حملہ آوروں کی شناخت لولیش، سنی اور ارون موریہ کے طور پر ہوئی ہے۔ ان کے پاس سے میڈیا کارڈ، کیمرہ اور مائیک بھی برآمد ہوا ہے۔ اس حملے میں کانسٹیبل مان سنگھ کو بھی گولی لگنے کی خبر ہے۔
یوپی پولیس اس معاملے پر فی الحال کچھ نہیں کہہ رہی ہے۔ حملے کے فوراً بعد یوپی کے اے ڈی جی لاء اینڈ آرڈر پرشانت کمار سی ایم یوگی سے ملنے پہنچے۔ سی ایم یوگی نے تمام بڑے افسران کو میٹنگ کے لیے بلایا ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ ہی پریاگ راج میں ہائی الرٹ کا اعلان کر دیا گیا ہے۔ سوات (اسپیشل ویپنز اینڈ ٹیکٹکس) ٹیم موقع پر پہنچ گئی ہے۔ آر اے ایف (ریپڈ ایکشن فورس) کو حساس علاقوں میں تعینات کیا جا رہا ہے۔ پولیس کا گشت بڑھا دیا گیا ہے۔
وزیراعلی یوگی آدتیہ ناتھ نے ایک اعلی سطحی میٹنگ کر تین رکنی جوڈیشیل جانچ کمیٹی تشکیل کردی ہے۔
سماجوادی پارٹی لیڈر اکھیلیش یادو نے اس قتل کی مذمت کی ہے۔ لوک دل کے جینت سنگھ نے پولس پر سوال اٹھائے ہیں۔
عتیق احمد اور اشرف سے یوپی اے ٹی ایس اور پریاگ راج پولیس نے 23 گھنٹے تک پوچھ گچھ کی۔ دونوں سے تقریباً 200 سوالات پوچھے گئے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق اس دوران عتیق نے اعتراف کیا تھا کہ وہ پاکستان سے اسلحہ لیتا رہا ہے۔ اس نے احمد آباد جیل سے آئی ایس آئی ایجنٹ کو بلایا۔ یہی نہیں، عتیق نے امیش پال قتل کیس میں سازش کے جرم کا اعتراف بھی کر لیا۔ اشرف نے پولیس کو بتایا کہ اسلحہ کسی نہ کسی چینل کے ذریعے پنجاب کے ایک فارم ہاؤس تک پہنچتا تھا۔
عتیق تفتیش کے دوران منتیں کرتا رہا۔ بیٹے کے جنازے میں شرکت کی التجا کرتا رہا۔ اسی دوران عتیق کی طبیعت بگڑ گئی۔ اس کے بعد عتیق اور اشرف کو ایک ہی ہتھکڑی میں پریاگ راج کے کولون اسپتال لایا گیا۔
یوپی میں جرائم عروج پر پہنچ چکے ہیں: اکھلیش یادو
یوپی میں جرائم عروج پر پہنچ چکے ہیں اور مجرموں کے حوصلے بلند ہیں۔ جب پولیس کے گھیرے میں کھلے عام فائرنگ کر کے کسی کو مارا جا سکتا ہے تو پھر عام لوگوں کی حفاظت کا کیا ہوگا؟ جس کی وجہ سے عوام میں خوف کا ماحول پیدا ہو رہا ہے، ایسا لگتا ہے کہ کچھ لوگ جان بوجھ کر ایسا ماحول بنا رہے ہیں۔
عتیق کے بیٹے کا جمعرات کو جھانسی میں انکاؤنٹر ہوا، سنیچر کی صبح سپرد خاک کر دیا گیا۔
عتیق احمد کے بیٹے اسد اور شوٹر غلام کا جھانسی میں جمعرات کو دوپہر 12:30 سے 1 بجے کے درمیان انکاؤنٹر ہوا۔ امیش پال قتل کیس کے شوٹروں کی لوکیشن حاصل کرنے کے بعد بدھ کو یوپی ایس ٹی ایف کی ایک ٹیم جھانسی پہنچی۔ ایس ٹی ایف کو گڈو مسلم کے روپوش ہونے کی ابتدائی اطلاع ملی تھی۔ گڈو مسلم کو ایس ٹی ایف نے نہیں پکڑا لیکن اسد اور غلام کو ایس ٹی ایف نے پکڑا۔
اسد اور غلام کی لوکیشن حاصل کرنے کے بعد ایس ٹی ایف نے دونوں کو زندہ پکڑنا چاہا لیکن انہوں نے فائرنگ شروع کر دی۔ دونوں ایس ٹی ایف کی جوابی فائرنگ میں مارے گئے۔ اسد کو دے دو، جبکہ غلام کو گولی لگی۔ اسد کو ہفتہ کی صبح 10 بجے پریاگ راج کے قبرستان میں سپرد خاک کیا گیا۔
