ہتک عزت معاملے میں گجرات کی عدالت میں پیش ہوئے راہل گاندھی، بیان درج کرایا

سورت:سینئر کانگریس لیڈر، سابق صدر اورلوک سبھا رکن پارلیمنٹ راہل گاندھی فوجداری ہتک عزت کے ایک معاملے میں آج گجرات کے سورت شہرکی ایک عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔
مسٹرگاندھی ہوائی اڈے سے یہاں سیشن عدالت احاطہ پہنچے اوروہاں واقع چیف جوڈیشیل مجسٹریٹ اے این دوے کی عدالت میں پیش ہوئے اورانہوں نے اپنابیان درج کرایا۔ اس سے پہلے انہوں نے ٹویٹ کیا تھا کہ ’وجود کی پوری حقیقت خوف سے آزادی ہے۔‘ عدالت نے اس معاملے میں اگلی تاریخ 12 جولائی مقررکی۔
یہ معاملہ سورت کے مقامی بی جے پی ایم ایل اے پورنیش مودی نے دائرکیا تھا۔ الزام ہے کہ 2019 کے پچھلے لوک سبھا انتخاب کے دوران مسٹرگاندھی نے کرناٹک کے کولارمیں ایک انتخابی ریلی میں پنجاب نیشنل بینک گھپلے کے ملزم اورمفرور کاروباری نیرومودی، آئی پی ایل کے سابق چیئرمین للت مودی کے ساتھ وزیراعظم نریندرمودی کاموازنہ کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ ’سبھی مودی چورہیں‘۔ ایسا کرکے انہوں نے مودی برادری کے جذبات کو مجروح کیا اورتوہین کی تھی۔ یہ معاملہ تعزیرات ہند کی دفعہ 499 اور 500 کے تحت درج کیا گیا تھا۔ مسٹر گاندھی پچھلی مرتبہ 10 اکتوبر 2019 کو اس معاملہ میں عدالت میں پیش ہوئے تھے۔
مسٹرگاندھی عدالت میں پیشی کے بعد نئی دہلی واپسی کے لئے ہوائی اڈے روانہ ہوگئے۔
یاد رہے کہ گجرات میں مسٹرگاندھی کے خلاف ہتک عزت کے کل تین معاملات درج ہیں۔ ان میں سے دواحمدآباد میں ہیں۔ ان معاملات میں انہیں ذاتی طورپر پیش ہونے سے چھوٹ اور ضمانت ملی ہوئی ہے۔ ان میں بھی وہ 11 اکتوبر 2019 کوعدالت میں پیش ہوئے تھے۔ ان میں سے ایک معاملہ احمدآباد مہانگرپالیکا کے بی جے پی کونسلر کرشن ودن برہمابھٹ نے درج کرایا ہے۔
ان کا الزام ہے کہ مسٹرگاندھی نے بی جے پی کے اس وقت کے صدر امت شاہ کو جبل پور میں اپنی ایک انتخابی ریلی میں قتل کامجرم بتادیا تھا۔ دوسرامعاملہ احمدآباد ڈسٹرکٹ کوآپریٹو بینک کے اس وقت کے چیئرمین اے پٹیل نے نوٹ بندی کے دوران اس بینک میں بڑے پیمانے پر پرانے نوٹ تبدیل کرنے کے بارے میں مسٹرگاندھی کے ٹویٹ اوربیان کے تعلق سے درج کرایاتھا۔ اس وقت کے بی جے پی کے صدر امت شاہ اس بینک کے تب ڈائریکٹرتھے۔
