پی ایف آئی پر پانچ سال کے لئے پابندی

نئی دہلی:مرکزی حکومت نے پاپولر فرنٹ آف انڈیا (پی ایف آئی) اور کچھ دیگر اتحادوں کے خلاف ملک گیر چھاپوں کے بعد بدھ کو پانچ سال کے لئے پابندی عائد کر دی ایک گزٹ نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے، "پی ایف آئی کئی مجرمانہ اور دہشت گردی کے معاملات میں ملوث رہا ہے اور اس نے مسلسل ملک کے آئینی اداروں کی بے عزتی کی ہے اس تنظیم کو باہر سے ملنے والے فنڈز اور نظریات کو مل رہی حمایت کی وجہ سے ملک کی اندرونی سلامتی کے لئے ایک بڑا خطرہ پیدا ہوگیا ہے۔
نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ "مرکزی حکومت کا خیال ہے کہ پی ایف آئی، اس سے منسلک تنظیموں اور اداروں کو فوری اثرات سے غیر قانونی اتنظیم کے طور پر اعلان کیا جانا ضروری تھا”۔
وزارت داخلہ کی طرف سے جاری کردہ ایک بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ’’ان تنظیموں پر یہ پانچ سالہ پابندی سرکاری نوٹیفکیشن کی اشاعت کے دن سے شروع ہوئی سمجھی جائے گی۔
