شیام رجک نے بری کئے جانے والے ملزمین کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ نہ جانے پر نتیش حکومت کی تنقید کی

پٹنہ : راشٹریہ جنتادل کے قومی جنرل سکریٹری اور سابق وزیر شیام رجک نے سیناری قتل عام کے ملزمین کو پٹنہ ہائی کورٹ کے ذریعہ بری کر دیئے جانے کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ جانے کے ریاستی حکومت کے فیصلے کا خیرمقدم کیاہے ۔ ساتھ ہی انہوں نے کہاکہ مذکورہ قتل عام سے قبل ہوئے تمام قتل عام کے قصور واروں کو بری کئے جانے پر سپریم کورٹ میں نہ جانا نتیش حکومت کی منشا پر سوال کھڑے کرتا ہے ۔
راشٹریہ جنتادل کے قومی جنرل سکریٹری شیام رجک نے نتیش حکومت کی دورنگی پالیسی پر سوال کھڑا کیاہے ۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ درجن بھر قتل عام ہوئے ، لیکن کسی میں بھی نتیش حکومت عدالت عالیہ میں نہیں گئی ۔ دسمبر 1997 میں جب لکشمن پور باتھے قتل عام ہوا اس وقت مسز رابڑی دیوی کی حکومت تھی ۔
مسز رابڑی دیوی نے 1998 میں امیر داس کمیشن بنایا ۔ کمیشن نے این ڈی اے کے کئی قومی اور ریاستی لیڈران کو سمن جاری کر کے بلایا اور ان سے تفتیش کی ۔ تفتیش سے پریشان این ڈی اے لیڈران نے حکومت پر دباﺅ ڈال کر 2010 میں کمیشن کو ہی تحلیل کروادیا۔
