نئی دہلی: صدر رام ناتھ کووند نے منگل کو کہا کہ مرکزی اور ریاستی حکومتوں کی کوششوں اور پالیسی اقدامات کی وجہ سے ہندوستانی معیشت کووڈ19 کی وبا کے جھٹکے سے ابھرتے ہوئے رفتار پکڑ چکی ہے اور ہندوستانی معیشت کی موجودہ مالی سال میں شرح نمو موثر رہے گی وہیں مرکزی حکومت تمام شعبوں میں مسلسل بہتری لانے اور ضرورت کے مطابق امداد فراہم کرنے کے لیے سرگرم ہے 73 ویں یوم جمہوریہ کے موقع پر ٹیلی ویژن اور ریڈیو پر قوم سے اپنے خطاب میں مسٹر کووند نے عوام سے اپیل کی کہ وہ کووڈ-19
انفیکشن سے بچنے کے لیے پوری احتیاط برتیں، یہ کہتے ہوئے کہ یہ بحران ابھی ختم نہیں ہوا ہے۔ انہوں نے کووڈ-19 کی ویکسین تیار کرنے سے لے کر اس عالمی وبائی مرض سے نمٹنے میں ہندوستان کی کوششوں کی تعریف کی۔
صدر نےکہاکہ ’’خطرناک وبا کے بحران کی اس گھڑی میں ہم نے دیکھا ہے کہ ہم تمام ہم وطن کس طرح ایک خاندان کی طرح جڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ ڈاکٹروں، نرسوں اور طبی عملے نے مشکل حالات میں طویل گھنٹوں تک کام کر کے، یہاں تک کہ مریضوں کی دیکھ بھال کے لیے اپنی جانیں خطرے میں ڈال کر انسانیت کی خدمت کی ہے۔ بہت سے لوگوں نے اس بات کو یقینی بنایا ہے کہ ضروری سہولیات دستیاب ہوں اور ملک میں سرگرمیاں آسانی سے جاری رکھنے کے لیے سپلائی چین میں خلل نہ پڑے۔ مرکزی اور ریاستی سطح پر سرکاری ملازمین، پالیسی سازوں، منتظمین اور دیگر کی طرف سے بروقت اقدامات کیے گئے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ان کوششوں کے بل بوتے پر ہماری معیشت نے پھر سے رفتار پکڑی ہے۔ مشکلات کا سامنا کرنے کے لیے ہندوستان کی ثابت قدمی اس حقیقت کا ثبوت ہے کہ گزشتہ سال اقتصادی ترقی کی رفتار کم ہونے کے بعد اس مالی سال میں معیشت کے متاثر کن شرح سے ترقی کی توقع ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہندوستانی معیشت کی یہ کارکردگی خودکفیل ہندوستان مہم کی کامیابی کو بھی ظاہر کرتی ہے۔ اس متاثر کن اقتصادی کارکردگی میں زراعت اور مینوفیکچرنگ کے شعبوں میں تبدیلیوں کا بڑا ہاتھ ہے۔
